Myrtle Beach is not letting visitors in and Miami and Ft Lauderdale have closed public beaches.

Can you please share your experiences and the market best suitable for BRRRR deals here ?

Would not California have had thousands of pacific rim visitors daily and some carriers previous to China travel ban? 

Our office is current closed to outside visitors, all non-urgent maintenance requests are on hold, all tenanted properties have videos for virtual tours, and vacant properties are being toured by tenants alone. 

Can we return deposit and tell them to find more suitable housing elsewhere?

I saw an opportunity since there aren't many apartment complexes on the island, always an influx of military members and summertime visitors (conversion to AirBNB), and all the benefits of owning property.

I just joined BP after being a long time visitor/lurker.

I think what we really need to ask is whether there is a suitable price which is both profitable for you and clears the home of its current encumbrances.

Help them find suitable replacement or B.
