Someone explained to me that it can seem as if the seller is paying but the seller really slides in the cost into the closing costs, I am new to this and this would be my first deal so I'm just trying to gather as much info as I can. :) I may just allow the agent I've been seeing houses with to assist me in this first purchase since we have been building a relationship.

Added very pricey (super nice) sliding door and deck, which I could have save 15k had I known I was going to rent it out.Does make it more desirable to tenants or future buyers, I suppose Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I also like that it’s automated so once you and the tenant set it up initially, you don’t have to do anything each subsequent month.
