Hi folks - newer to BP but a young striving REI, I’m looking into an option for capital to start my REI journey. bottom line: grandma moved into senior facility.

Once an agent is involved, they are likely going to strive for commissions, that’s how they make their money.

However, if your equity position is more than 40%, you are likely not optimizing the use of your money.I strive for 75% loan to value, but this is very difficult to maintain. 

They spend a relatively small amount of time considering real estate purchases, and even less trying to "find" deals, because they strive to work/team with exceptional people who do this for them.

The person who has the will power to achieve FIRE will probably end up miserable if they actually retired and had nothing to strive towards each day!

Glad to take a step towards achieving my real estate goals by joining this website and I strive to continue this journey.

@Ye'Chiya Harper  It sounds like you are very disciplined couple, striving to save a six figure nest egg.

Fast forward some time and I am now working for Arbor striving to provide the same positive impact on families that I experienced!

What i do is, i call the owner of the mcdonalds and place an order the night before........i order 90 sausage/biscuit sandwiches from mcdonalds and then i go to this area where the homeless are and i pass out the sandwiches to the homeless.........i never take pics or video......I just do the work......The homeless people bless my soul every time and i actually get a "high" from doing it............they call me "Mcdonalds man" and they see me a mile away and know what time it is when i pull up........its the best feeling in the world...........I strive to be able to do this every weekend.......or even daily........ill leave you with one of the famous quoutes from Tony Robbins........"

I think for the majority of spiders, they belong on the backyard, not in the tenant's sleeping quarters.Nothing against them, they provide good and as such they should belong to the environment they meant to be where they strive most :)
