Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Liberty Hill.

4 x 3 on an oversized lot and extended driveway in a quiet and safe community. Currently house hacking by renting one of our bedrooms to a friend that does Travel Nursing. She has put us in contact with a group of Travel Nurses interested in the Austin area and we are currently debating renting out a second bedroom!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We knew we would have extra bedrooms in the house and don't mind having roommates so this was a no brainer!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We had an incredible experience with the broker we used to finance the property, Arbor Financial. The team was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made the entire purchase process as easy as possible.
