I can't get a consistent read on leads from TA, other than SEO usefulness I probably wouldn't even bother but since I've got it, I maintain it.

I'm very new to Wholesaling and only know the very basics, but I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to any type of Social Media Marketing & Digital Advertising/SEO, so for those who are lacking in that department that's where I can hopefully add value to you!

Sounds like an SEO challenge to get above the national players.

Blogging is not a large part of my business although it helps with SEO which is important in this biz.  

then you need SEO and PPC strategies ... which is a whole different discussion and 20 times more expensive than hosting and building a site.

Build your site's SEO while you are with this big companies (link to it) and do some blogging to build up your content.

Don't bother, the more we engage these folks the more SEO value their posts and names are gaining.

To accomplish your long term goal, I suggest that you focus on getting good at one or more of the following ways to find leads on low cost properties, and go to work:  Direct mail, Google Adwords, Facebook ads, SEO, bandit signs, and networking with connected people (like REO Agents, Wholesalers, Probate Attorneys, FedEx Drivers, Etc.).

I'd definitely get your own site going with a solid SEO campaign but not until you've made your money back and have a more healthy budget.
