Hi all,  I see there are some three thousand (of 750 thousand) BP members that mention 'lease options' in their bios... so, for those in the know' who don't mind sharing some related insights with those of us who are relatively new to this arena, and would like to better understand how to get going doing some LO deals (i.e. simple LO reassignments and/ or sandwich deals) what would you suggest are some of the most effective means of generating leads that will actually 'convert' fairly well, into sales???
