The strategy worked great, but without having any experience with the loan product, combined with signing a sales contract that had removed the protections for me regarding contract termination and return of my $10k earnest related to the approval of funding, it made for a very stressful process. 

It’s not a traditional wholesale deal.If I were wholesaling I would remove mobile homes from my search criteria especially in communities.

If they give a retaliatory review, I would call Airbnb to have it removed.~ Lindsey

It has been super messy and if this doesn’t close the students will be whipped out and loose 100’s of 1000’s of dollars.

The main tenant called me to demand that I remove the unwanted guest because he would not leave.

It uses both tools (Rentometer, BP rent estimate tool, and Zillow) to get price a start price and then specifies how to remove poor comps to adjust the tool price.
