The land is here in Arizona used for recreational purposes. 

We stayed on sand lake 2 years ago and thought it was a great recreate lake, and close to hayward.

Seems like the 9 month lease would be safe/comfortable but is there really more demand for that vs winter recreation activities?

Some of the people looking in Sunriver were not planning to move right away, but when they retire in a few years, and love the quality of life in the Bend area, with all the recreation.

My wife is the main PM and we are blessed with great tenants.Owning rental property and recreational land has been a blessing for us.

I currently travel to several states to work in ICUs and when not working, I have a camper van that I live out of and travel to different parts of the country to visit, ski, and recreate in.

Of course, its up to the OP to decide what is right for her.Part of the problem is an Umbrella is probably the most misunderstood policy in the forums.  9 times out of 10 non-insurance people will post an interpretation that is incorrect.Investors use/need an Umbrella to simply have Liability limits higher than what their General Liability policy can provide (max is usually $1M) over their rentals.If you had a contracting business, that Umbrella can extend higher limits over your commercial Auto, Work Comp, business locations, your product liability, etc.A Personal Umbrella can go over your Home, Auto, rentals, Boat, recreational, etc. 

To me, this means a city with good outdoor recreation, large enough to meet others my age, good weather, and an area where I can actually get an offer accepted on a home.Thanks so much for reading and any feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated!
