Now, since the rates are up, the rush to move to FL is down and local tenants are pushed to city suburbs and settled there due to better prices, there is a lot of available inventory.

We could take that equity and purchase a more expensive home in an equally desirable neighborhood in our new city and push the leverage.

The revised legislation that they're trying to push through likely will not have a Primary Residence requirement or limit on the number of STR properties an investor could own.
