And my favorite educational book for far this year is Prosperity in the Age of Decline by Brian and Alan Beaulieu, two economist brothers. 

Granted, a big Tech company isn't the final judge of what is "enough" talent to be a successful city so that's why I'm curious what has changed and if those changes are what will push the city to more long term prosperity.
