Too much clowning around, giggling/laughing, self-promotion, and as @Brian Gibbons said listening for an hour to find the 30 seconds worth of gems.  

I'm not having any luck selling it so I'm thinking of pivoting to a midterm and short term rental as a buddy of mine has had some success with his house in Paris Mountain and the 09 zip code in Greenville.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

They are combo locks & their app integrates with ESS, so the unlock code shows in ESS. 

This is a very questionable zip code in Jacksonville and an D class area, and I would not expect your cash flow to be great out there.What are your expectations for price point and returns? 

At best you get people promoting what they do or there local.

It really all depends on the situation.I personally do not like so many GL codes in COA.If I am working on a client who has 250+ GL codes and another client with 50 GL Codes, the cost will be very different.A lot of the times it is overkill with those GL Codes.

Between building codes, lower maintenance cost, and better resale value, do it right.
