I can see how I came across as soap-boxy, but there's no reason to assume I threaten anyone who calls - most callers are just keeping a job of their own, and what would be the point?

It was obviously a sick cruel prank.

She is sending her husband (who lives locally) and her mother (the section 8 caller) to inspect the apartment.Being the perpetual cynic, my antennae are up for a bait-and-switch with the younger couple qualifying for the apartment, but then the mom moves in.Another part of the plot: that property (but not that unit) has a section 8 tenant, so the housing authority has me and the property in their system.  

Once you answer the call you will press 1 to connect to the seller, and the seller will see your tracking number for the caller ID.

AFTER the case had been electronically filed, I told another caller that an eviction had been filed.

Most of my luxury homes and high rise have a lot of Section 8 callers.

if you find an answering service make sure they have caller id, because some don't capture the phone numbers from prospects unless they leave the tele.let us know what you find.

The worst thing these callers can do to you is say no!
