In my opinion the terms of that no money down deal will play a huge role in whether this deal will be successful for you.

Although, obviously it did play a role into funding my account I had opened there. 

Also before you decide to buy a property you need to have an Operating Agreement created by an attorney clearly detailing each person roles and responsibilities.
