The access is 2 miles of a county maintained road that is not paved.

Once you do it the first time, the steps are already paved for you with the next month, so it becomes that much easier to generate.

Little back story to understand the psyche: Being raised by an entrepreneurial single mother, my mom paved the mental pathway of creating your own job to manifest your own dreams instead of working for someone else to fulfill theirs.

But if we pave it, for example, and a utility needs to dig it up for something underground, we’re screwed.

@Candace Ellison Hello Candace--Looks like you are paving a nice road map.Regarding contractors, we manage an average of 8 renovations a month with our company.  

The frontage road is a nicely paved county road so these lots will have the least amount of cost to develop.

Also you must have paved off street parking space for each bedroom you have (no gravel).

It's still pretty cool to see a land acq transform from woods (or whatever) to mass graded and paved to vertical construction.

@Jay Hinrichs You're probably the guy who paved the way for the rest of us to get MLS only access to our local board of realtors:)  I didn't get any push back at all when I applied, they actually offered it as an option.Amazing how different lending laws are state to state. 

Once that road is paved, it's going to open a path for Conway residents and employees another direct access to Myrtle Beach without having to get on the dreaded route 501.
