Propstream is a great web-based software that provides lists with property owners names and information.

It's a general business no-brainer that any business, regardless of what it is, should have at the very least a one-pager and have a web presence.

Seems silly, but I do have the keyboard shortcuts for QB desktop down pretty well, it makes me efficient at data entry, these shortcuts normally don't carry over so well to web apps.
