There's certainly quite a few of us around but things have been kinda slow since the interest rates jumped up and BP is doing a revamp of their website and overhauling the different premium tier packages and I've noticed its been messing with notifications and keywords and such so some people are just missing posts they would normally see.

I would have assumed we would start the eviction process on the 5th after they missed rent for a second month, so we have the option to remove them as fast as possible if they continue to not pay.

I wanted to post this as I see many people do all the DD in the world and sometimes too much DD (I love it when the BPO comes back at $140k not $180k but loan balance is $50k and they want to fade/walk away) - but they miss the most important component which is this loan sale agreement.
