@Nicholas Leslie I don't work with mobile homes very often other than an occasional manufactured home affixed to owned land. 

Check the manufacturer’s installation instructions on venting; if my guess is correct, then the three boilers (or furnaces) should be vented differently; most hot water heaters are non-condensing so venting through the chimney is appropriate.

But there’s a problem and I’ve come here as a last resort for any ideas I haven’t thought of... it’s a manufactured home that needs about 30k in repairs and was built in the 90’s.

What was once fairly simple and more focused on the process is now very complex and expensive because of all the new laws even the smallest would be seller financier is now subject to.The issues are even more complex because the financing of manufactured homes has many rules that are different than those that apply to mortgage lenders.

So far as they are concerned, no billboards, no manufactured / industrial housing, and there is a demolition delay, were I to choose that route.
