I'm not certain yet what my specific direction will be as I literally just decided today that it's time -- but multifamily is my true passion.   

@Gordon Starr I literally just found out about them a week ago as I began my search.

So the abatement contractor is responsible for literally cleaning every service of the unit before the testing agency comes in for the swab test. 

Are these people literally pulling out their IRA's at a penalty to fund a deal, or is there something in the funding and it's just used as collateral/safety net?

I literally photographed and videoed my first property on Friday evening! 

As a result, I never get push back on the contract and people will sign literally at the kitchen table without reading in detail. 

The owners of these properties have owned them less than 3 years and have done literally nothing to add value to the units, yet they are asking for ridiculous numbers to sell.
