It’s a lengthy process, but Clifton and Passaic County are relatively cooperative.

@Tucker Long this might be a pretty lengthy discussion so I'll try to be as brief as possible with this. 

I brought it to my local real estate network and everyone loved it... but it was all contingent on one thing: getting the property re-zoned, which is a lengthy and timely process.

If the kids are decent, respectful, and seem to have good heads on their shoulders, they probably learned that from having parents with similar traits.This was a rather lengthy response, and I could ramble on for another 20 minutes if you let me.

They'll simply move on to another house that's an easier target.I won't put an actual wired-in alarm in my houses because all the alarm companies in my area will only do the install if you agree to lengthy monitoring contracts.

With a typical note you'd have to do a lengthy foreclosure in case of default.
