Long story short I ended up selling this one and broke pretty much even a little over a year later.

You can say firt 30 days, warranty and later its on them may be.

Maybe if you lived in one for two years and rented the other, you could sell the primary, exclude gains, move into the rental and repeat two years later.

The company would put lien on your home and it's going to be difficult to sell your home at a later date, slow down the escrow.

My answer would be yes for the INITIAL bill; however, after that they are on the hook because they failed to tell you there was a problem and now 3 months later, they are letting you know.

Also, because this appraisal is more work for the appraiser and causes them more stress, 80% of the time these ARV based appraisals are running 1-2 weeks later than the turn-in deadline.

So we would strategically hit a location with a mailer, that than the call-room would start hitting on 2 days later.
