I have seen comments by some posting here that have just given some really bad advice as they just don't have the depth of knowledge in what they decide to advise on or get into, they lack experience to draft a course that really fits the audience here, a national (international) forum.

We have an international airport and many coming into the country have to go through DFW first (the wealthiest airport in the country by the way).

They help the international investors to navigate the maze of how to buy property in the US.

My son was hired by the company where he interned, didn't miss a day, just higher pay the Monday after graduation.

For those mortgages, they set their own rules and keep the mortgage internal to the bank for their own investment.

I am thinking a lot about the international communities here in the DC area and there are pockets of places in Potomac even that have amazing potential.

So sad that there's an over abundance of this spamming scam giving international dealings two thumbs down... smhKudos,Mary

By the way, most land trust deals are perfectly legitimate, but my personal internal reminder is.......not all land trusts are scams, but most scammers use land trusts!
