I'm looking for an excellent property manager and property inspector that services Floresville, TX.

So lets say you've successfully called a landlord and talked about purchasing a home you found on craigslist and you've ran your numbers/analyzed the deal and know you want to purchase it. would you then try to schedule an appointment for your inspector to go in?

Hire a home inspector to evaluate the property condition. 9 years vacant means it will likely need work.Warranties do not cover everything.

Family or not hire yourself a appraiser and inspector before you go ahead on any deal.

You need to get inside each home with a home inspector so you know what you're getting into.Due diligence first, then look for a lender. 

If you have an inspector you've worked with in the past and like his/her work, please post a recommendation or PM me. 

If the building doesn't have one, you should be able to obtain from your local building inspector.  

The home inspector missed this issue, along with a bunch of other issues.

Our inspector will be there today and we will go through the whole house to see if there are any other major issues.
