It's just the initial start thats hindering it. 

The town should be there to help, not hinder.

After taking a couple of classes, I decided to stop because it was hindering my Real Estate growth.  1.  

Often when I've corresponded with lawyers I've been told its all about the wording of a contract that can hinder or help you.  

@Matt Lefebvre Thanks for the motivation - I am concerned that I am missing out on 'deals' but you are right; mediocre deals would hinder my goals!

This is good learning for me as it shows very clearly that there are people all over the world, here in Australia and in the USA, who either do or do not know what they are doing and either help or hinder the learning process.

So even though I am not FT in RE I could still have the ability to sell several homes a year this way, and to have that regulated too tightly could really hinder the non FT investors out there. 10.

Also, doesn't the fact that you have a mortgage out hinder your ability to get another mortgage despite the fact that someone is virtually paying you rent?

I found this post (I will copy and paste it later where he tells the sellers what he does, I love that but am not sure will that hinder my numbers of sealing a deal.Anyway, I've gone too far to stop now...I went on listsource.com and bought a listing for Essex, Union county cities (SFR, Multi 1-4, last sale date 1950-2006, equity 90-100%, absentee owners AND live-in owner) Side note: I listened to BP podcast who said his return is greater when he adds the live-in owners, can you believe that?!

We run the risk of a falling market, yet are hindered from profiting in a thriving one in many cities.
