Certain trades such as welding you need some type of extra training or certificate but the conditions can be harsh even though the pay can be good. 

It is never good to do business with family because you can't be as harsh with them as a regular professional.

Sorry to be harsh but they're taking complete advantage of you. 

@Erik Whiting I don't think your post is disrespectful a little harsh maybe assuming just cause I'm a newbie that I've done no research locally and that I'm just going to jump head first into the first market someone on bp tells me to.

@Adil Azad without sounding harsh, that's an incredibly broad question.

It's just unfortunate.I apologize for being a bit harsh when you are already feeling stressed, but you need to change this attitude that she is a "good person".
