I saw a Philly townhouse rehab here on BP where the rehabber installed it in pink and burgundy.  

We made plans to renovate as it is located in gorgeous wine country, and perfect for an airbnb; however, zoning confirmed short-term rentals are not allowed in neighborhoods with our current zoning (although there are several currently operating there anyway).

Hey @Fernando Figueroa - come on, the 21yr old multimillionaire house flipper that wakes up at 3am and grew up in the slums and meditates for 26 hours a day standing in front of his jet and pink lambo that he made all from 6 minutes of flipping is totally legit. 99.99% of them are marketers, regardless of whatever field they're in.

Both bathrooms had pink/blue tile (retro from the 60/70s lol).

In the bathroom shower with pink tile, we found they used regular drywall (not moisture resistant) and there was no insulation on the outside wall where the window is.

One investor may have success with a pink postcard with a picture, while another has better results with an orange postcard and no picture.

I have referred other BP members to her (she's on BP too just not as often) and purchased properties for STR on the Big Deschutes River that are gorgeous.
