Hey Chris, If your agent is only using RCM, they might not be familiar with platforms like Costar or LoopNet (which honestly should not be the case), or they simply may not have the budget to cover the upfront listing fees, which can get pricey.I’d circle back with them, address the plausible elephant in the room, and try to figure out a game plan to get your property on these other platforms.

For brokers, it is a numbers game and most of them want to consistently bring on new agents.You may have to meet with multiple brokers to decide which is the best fit for you.All the best!

Same with anyone who gets 20 experienced-backed responses to their question yet ghosts the thread. non response or proper thank yous on PM's have caused me to not do those anymore I might write one sentence but it is weird how common courtesy does not resonate with so many people on SM or maybe just on this site..
