I saw Jeffrey Gitomer in Vegas this year (sales seminar) and he suggests that you buy a waste basket with your company logo on it and spend the extra money, because at least then something with your logo on it might have a better chance at sticking around. :)

I just don't water where i don't want them.I just mow the ones in the lawn.Unfortunately, one tree has discovered my fruit orchard, which gets lots of water.

In any case, I suggest not putting your whole amount into one basket - diversify to reduce risk, and maybe across different methods of investing.

Indiana is a very fruitful market to invest.

Stocks are a fantastic compliment to real estate and you don't want all your eggs in one basket. 

@Andrew Briones In general, diversification is always better than putting all your eggs in a single proverbial basket.

This would be a good starting point.I found it a helpful exercise for me and one you can always re run on a quarter or annual basis and you'll always be able to identify the low hanging fruit in terms of cash flow markets.
