I need this as the foundation for formulating my offers!

Based on my research on the topic, I've formulated the following statements:Buying: In exchange for heavily decreasing your cash flow, you're able to secure more square footage to live more comfortably.

You all just made me realize how strong you will get hit back when you say something negative, Thanks for the advice , I really appreciate it, I edited my first response, as I feel most of the replies I got were due to the fact that I incorrectly formulated my post ( note: I'm not a native english speaker so sometimes the intent of the message is a bit different than is seems) I assure you all that I greatly appreciate all feedback , both negative and positive and I am not trying to offend anyone not even the least bit.

Will they be able to work together and implement both visions they have and formulate a solid plan? 

By that time I want to have a good portion of my team formulated such as a good Realtor, property manager, virtual assistant (for online marketing and owner/title searches), etc. 

I originally formulated goals and standards for myself based on becoming a licensed agent, and it wasn’t until recently that I started delving into the full range of knowledge available.

Can you give me a few more details about how to actually formulate that wording and where to insert it?

If you think that I should get an attorney formulate one for me, how much do you think should I expect to pay?

- and have a ton of time ahead of you...use it to your advantage by getting a solid foundation first, formulate a plan of action based on what you have learned, and this will help point you toward your goal ( you must have a goal!).

I'd like to formulate a similar system and structure, but for buy and hold/flipping.
