Hi @Daunte Flowers Simple answer to your question in YES :) Different people will have different opinions about needing have a buyers list to sell the deals you find to first or if you just have to find a good deal and finding a buyer for it won't be hard.

She puts out folded white towels to give it a spa feel, a pop of color with (fake) flowers in a vase, a big beautiful bar of soap to act as a diffuser and add to the spa feel, etc.

& give it minute to wiggle on the line .... and maybe go add some special touches to the outside ... pressure wash the roof, walls & driveway, shine the windows, plant some blooming flowers, hang a springtime wreath on the door, hang an American flag on a pole to stick out on the front of the attached line of homes (if allowed), etc....Some Simple & Sweet Southern Charm makes a big difference down here .... pretty much Everywhere, in the south & even in inner city Memphis, but it's Especially Expected at $1000+/mo rental range.

Prior to re-launch I would: sod, plant a couple of trees from Home Depot (very much needed to breakup the monotony of the picture), buy some bricks and dirt from home depot and put a little green plant garden in front of the part that juts out on the right side of the picture, get a couple of flower pots from home depot with flowers for both side of the front door to add some color.

New paint, maybe new tile floor, matching accessories: towel bar, tp holder, toothbrush glass, flower vase or basket, and soap dish.Then bright colored rug, coordinated shower curtain, towels, soap and silk flowers.Tie the towels back with rafia twine, place a flower in twine.

You could also leave the black berry bushes around the perimeter as a natural fence and then spread wild flower seed and sod a small portion of the yard.
