I know one current project is a $100 million dollar mall being developed in  buena park, California.  

Typical land cost at a minimum is 1 million to 4 million on the higher side.

The money is spent in the initial investment of renovations, which also include tax incentives, grants and other incentives.Project can be completed in 6 months.TOTAL INVESTMENT: $4 million

This would be a nightmare to reinstate 100% bonus retroactively now, after millions of tax returns have been filed.Also, after a Federal change like this, states would have to decide to either conform or not, so this will amplify the PITA.Verdict: not happening for the current year.

My rule of thumb is to have no more than $1 million or 10 properties in an LLC.

This is a great story for poeple on the coasts thinking of investing in Detroit or Ohio -- a million reasons to invest closer to home.

Looking for some advise on leveraging my equity  I currently have 9 units across 7 properties which I acquired between 2013 and 2020, now totaling just under $1.9 million in value.

Nationwide a 1% rate drop in mortgage interest rate (So that means a rate of under 5.75%) will bring 5 million new Buyers into the market.
