Im working on a triplex in west haven where i have about 1.3% instead of 2% and  maybe giving value to the property lilke adding a garage, make the multi more appealing (not to fancy) can increase rents.thank you

I'd suck it up and get a couple more cabinets to put over one and get a coordinating fridge (Don't have to go nuts with a $2,500 French door one with the bottom freezer and all the fancy stuff.

also, the 3 colors is ridiculous. stick with off-white or white and you will be far better off. no need to fancy it up for it to more than likely be beaten up (or trashed).
