Has anybody dealt with Investors Edge and gotten 100% financing after paying $3995 membership fee?

My mortgage increased earlier this year as my home owners insurance went up due to the company closing and my escrow didn’t have enough to make up the difference so I’m kind of pay check to pay check right now.

Remember the more work they do, the more you have to pay them.

I’m not sure if it has a pay bill feature, or checks.

Combined that can cost $50k+ which they may not want to pay nor their is the possibility they would not they pass the DD report.Nothing wrong with raising money in this fashion (FB or online ads), many do it and are great sponsors. 

As I'm looking over their explanation I notice that I am being charged 8% of the rent received from CMHA. 8% from the rent the tenant pays and another 8% of the water bill which the tenant pays. 

Homebuyers will always pay more than a REIT type investor.

If they want to pay $1,300/mo as is, saving you the Reno cost.

Right now, I do have the "REALTOR" status but wondering if it make sense to keep paying the $800/yr to keep the status?
