Another reason we have the number of loans we are limited to as we begin to move into more of a commercial venture.The unit limitation is also an aspect of government not being in competition with enterprise, if the feds were financing commercial properties the commercial banks would have a very tough competitor.Commercial loans are funded differently than through the secondary bond market as 1-4 family residential properties are.

I have no problem with enterprising and hard-working people coming to my town to reduce my cost of various services, such as cleaning my home, landscaping my yard, etc.And finally, I think the comparison to other countries having stricter identification rules is not a good one.
