If there are specific areas of study that I should focus on, I am all ears!

I work mostly in the first ring of Dallas suburbs, so that's mostly late 50's to mid 70's. 

Give me a ring if you are interested in pursuing either of those options. 

There are hundreds of markets that could work for you.....the difference maker is having someone with boots on the ground there that can be your eyes and ears.  

You can sometimes do a little sniffing on facebook, etc and maybe find out if her story rings true...

Look at the crime ring around the area in a 2 miles radius.

You'll feel like crap.What 30 won't believe-Your wife's ring will be the most valuable thing you (and not really *you* at that) own (vs the bank) until you pay off your first rental at 38.

I am interested in both flips and buy & holds, so I am researching what might be the best option for me to start out with (leaning towards buy & hold currently).There's plenty more to talk about, and I am all ears for any tips, advice or comments!

As we grow our business the cost and time to manage the repairs on the properties is also growing. i.e. our phone rings a lot. 

So the question I asked myself when mailing was how many time I wanted my phone to ring that week.
