I’m looking for a feedback and advice around process and tools used by owners and managers around applicant submission, tracking, analyzing and selecting.

I'd like to free up some cash so that I'm ready to close on the next great real estate deal that I track down. 

Went big (5BR) and spent more than we wanted but so far so good (on track to be close to breakeven after 1 year).

Then look for software that solves those problems for you.When I first started managing, I needed software that could simplify accounting and track work orders.

Depending on your liquidity/vesting in these retirement accounts - utilizing these accounts can be a great way to purchase more property, you'll just want to be sure you're covering all the bases to keep you on track for retirement, emergency fund etc.If you have any more specific questions as it relates to financing i'd be happy to chat more in the DM's!

I'm toying with an idea for a system that would handle guest communication workflows using AI, analyze the feedback, and also trigger surveys post-stay/review for tracking performance.As far as I can tell, there's nothing out there that does those 3, but perhaps there are separate services that provide some or more of those.

I use Stessa only for the tracking feature (transactions).

Only issue is we are still trying to track down cleaners and such to build a local team.
