Groundfloor.us and Fundthatflip.com are about the only players currently.  

I have 202 as well but have had yet to learn the rules as I can seldom find players for 101!

David - all good advice above.Local networking is key in order to find out who the serious players are.  

One thing about the areas that you're looking at is that there are some very strong, sophisticated players that you'll be going up against.
