Hello Fellow BPeers:My question is about the website city-data.com. while its a great website to get info about certain neighborhoods and or zip codes, it has a lot of in-depth analysis it is just hard to just digest all of this information.

I love renting to this niche and am on tract to obtain 2 more houses in the next 10 months.

I know of some properties that are near rail road tracts that have been discounted 15 to 20% because of this.
