@Fili Aguirre Ok first, realtors arent going to send you deals to wholesale when they can list the property on MLS (and are obligated if the client has signed a listing agreement) second why on earth would they send you deals so you can make money if they arent going to get paid?

There is a product called Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth.Just sprinkle it in the carpets, beds, lawn (anywhere there are fleas).You can even (pet it) it on the pets.

I go to the end of the earth to find my clients what they need, its alot of work and competition but possible.I find as many deals on Zillow as I do in the MLS, just have to look for what everyone is not.

If you didn't require the tenant provide proof of insurance when they rented, then it's on you.Another day, another landlord proving to be scum of the actual earth trying to weasel out of repairs for their own property.

Am I the only person left on earth who thinks that's insane?

I don't know anything about CA laws but why on earth do you have to disclose that?
