For me, it’s just easier to have applicant pay Smartmove directly after I’ve checked landlord history and verification of employment.

Credit history and sourcing funds for down payment / closing will be a factor in the pricing of the loan. 

The financials of the property along with the applicants credit and investment history will play a role in the pricing of the loan and loan to value limits.

Look at the channel history to see how many posts they’ve made spouting doom and gloom.   

I will rent to qualified applicants that have a job history, are on pension or are over 65.
