AirBnb for example may have more folks seeking luxury amenities with their stay becuase they have been sorta conditioned to expect those things with the AirBnb brand; rather furnish finder you will still find room to room rentals just looking for a private bedroom and bathroom, and that is it.I run a MTR for traveling medical professionals so my basement ADU is packed with the meal prep kitchen appliances and accessories to help with their long 13 hr shifts.

Besides becoming an expert in this area, I'm a real estate lawyer, which makes it easier for me to understand the laws & zoning codes I'm reading.As far as I know, there is only one County in California where tiny homes are legal as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU), a unit placed on the property that already has a home on it.

I lived there from 2015-2019 and didn't see much opportunity for what I was comfortable with - however, I think a viable option, (albeit hard to find) is to find a Accessory dwelling unit somewhere in Phoenix.
