I would not be surprised if airbnb penalized hosts who are also on vrbo while vrbo promotes those who are also on airbnb.I have no proof of the above, and my experience is too small to conclude that way, but one thing is certain: they have all the data (through hosts calendars, behavior, guests demography, cookies, re-targeting ads, and more) to somehow fight their competition, if they decide to.Thoughts?

As far as the other costs go and operating agreement, I'd get a 2nd and/or 3rd opinion from other attorneys and stay away from LegalZoom as they are more cookie cutter and your situation sounds to be more unique than anything they'd cover.

I'm guessing this is because note investing is not quite as cookie cutter as other types of real estate investing, and there just aren't as many people doing it.As far as I can tell the first step is to contact the asset managers of different financial institutions and ask them to provide a tape listing the different notes they have for sale.
