Listen to the Pod Casts as you commute and you will get up the learning curve rather quickly.  

I also cast a vote to bring him back to the podcast.  

For the record I plan to vote straight Republican if I can figure out how to cast an absentee ballot from out of state!

As a buyer, in seller financing you don't contract with money down until the terms of financing have been cast in stone.

Since users who never have written a post still are permitted to vote on posts they read, number of votes cast shows little other than that a user participates by reading.

, i do want to get my realtors license this year that is one thing i plan on doing. however i don't want to stop my current job i like what i do and I'm in for a possible promotion to a 70k salary which would be nice to have for investing .and yes i have checked out a few pod casts and pan to check out the whole collection!
