Getting engaged in forum discussions as opposed to just browsing makes a big difference in how quickly you learn things (at least for me!).

I've been looking at housing prices and comparable rentals as I've learned about rental properties, and it doesn't seem like rents are very high (granted, I'm just browsing online and not actively looking for great deals). 

Browse the forum, see who you like and contact privately.

Poor user interface.

You can always change the date range 10-15-30 days before todays date by clicking "From".Then you can start browsing the site.
