So I think you can do both and if you find a killer deal in a small town, then yes you can wholesale it and make $, but if you want to do a lot more deals, and sell to a broader range of buyers, I would use the larger cities as your bread-n-butter wholesaling area.Hope this helps and good luck, Brett

Since real estate is all about location of course you want your comps as close as possible but the market for commercial is broader than residential comps.

Could have left me out, it's not that I don't answer with facts, but I just don't take the time to go look up stats and figures, a waste of time as my outlook is broader in scope than historical data.I also accept your definition as well, it doesn't disprove mine as I'm addressing the vehicles and means of moving the money and in a way, I'll stick to mine, even if it is not in a dictionary;Because in the big picture, it's not just to the poor but also to corporate interests, which is a bigger giveaway than to those who are scamming any welfare type program.
