This guy could be a billionaire before long.

I have a kid I went to school with dad never paid for high trainings and did well.over 20 billion last year, but that is the norm by the way he is on Forbes top 100 he didnt want to be but that kind of money they throw you on there..Most of the very successful people in realestate the billionaires said they spend tons of money in trainings etc . not all but majority.

That's the current 'truth' in real estate, bitcoin, crypro, ... seems like everything.

I will invest (haha, that is a poor use of the word here) $100 in Bitcoin without thinking too much about it - just like playing a game of poker.

Not only did this guy pull out ALL the stops (wad of cash from the pocket, "I work for a billionaire, you should listen to me", I will teach you today a few of my no money down strategies and you should hang out with me for a few days at my bootcamp next weekend", blah, blah, blah)One of my favorites was when the speaker described a owner financing deal.

Very cool guy and a billionaire.

If only the buyer was accepting bitCoin.... :)
