The townhouse I own is in a beautiful newer gated community in a great location with great pool, spa, picnic/bbq area, and $140 per month dues which I think is totally reasonable. 

I have been renting out rooms in Vermont and I find it to be a mixed bag. 

The beauty is allowing one or two tenants pay your bills while you work a job to fund the next one. 

That's part of the beauty of BP.

The rest of the properties are safe each in their own independent protected series in their own safe ziplock bag protected. yes this "plenitude of law" I mention is called  hire a lawyer to do legal research for you and give you a legal memo.

I've said it once and I'll say it many more times, wholesalers are the punching bags on BP and everyone comes in to give their .02 whenever the topic is brought up without knowing a thing about the actual subject. 

It looks beautiful and is about $300 to outfit a kitchen.
