Usually it'll allow you to draw funds via the first 10 years and pay only interest only and the remaining 20 it's principal interest.As for conventional financing and private mortgage insurance or pmi the general rule is if you want mi to be removed automatically with out review or appraisal you can pay down the balance to 78% of original purchase price.

I had also read that if you have the fee too low it can cause a problem so that's why I set the first app at $25.Dick - good point - I put questions about pets/smokers in the application, but sounds like you think it's better to just list anything that would be an automatic reject up front?

This still has it's own barriers since title is encumbered and the sale will need to deliver clear and marketable title to a new buyer.When Bankruptcy is filed an automatic stay of collection occurs for all creditors, secured and unsecured and the borrower is protected under Bankruptcy law during the BK plan.

@Dean Suzuki I just sent you PM as well.Here is my second response.Yes, it means at the end of 5 years, your note will be due and if you want to refinance with them, they will offer you the current interest rate for the subject property at that time.Your loan is amortized over 20 years meaning you will be making payments as you will be paying this loan for 20 years, but in realty your loan will be due at the end of 5 years.There is no automatic rate adjustment.
