Basically finishing materials if you will.I can't really buy plumbing, electrical, hvac materials because there is going to be a fitting or part that they need that probably at some point will get missed.

You do still have to have verifiable income history to get a loan, but it's more attainable for someone your age because of the low money down.I'm in the process of buying my first house hack right now at 23 and the lenders that I've worked with do take the income history seriously.

My insurance agent said it’s a lot cheaper to spring for a full year policy then get a refund after you finish then to buy the short month policies.
