I have around 26 rentals in my market at the moment so I feel I'm not a newbie anymore....but to be honest I'm hesitant as I don't know anybody/trust somebody at the moment and maybe I just need to get over it.Maybe you could talk to some people here on BP to see what steps they took to alleviate their fears of investing out of state.
