I look up the seller's name on the appraiser's web site and then run it on the Clerk's web site to see how many transactions he has done before.

Ryan,When you type into the google search "generic home rental agreement" you can click on images at the top and in most cases simply download and print. or right click then dowload and print without even going to the website.

Since then, I’ve basically stayed off the website to focus on setting myself up to actually do something and make moves and not feel like I’m wasting anyone’s time.

@Matt Devincenzo From what I am seeing on the solar panel website, yes there is a UCC filing.

But I went to the website and there's a lot of guru talk that's kind of a turn off to be honest.
